The effect of diamond exploration on the environment can be minimal with a comprehensive environmental management plan. Diamonds North Resources has such a plan and commonly exceeds government requirements.
Diamond exploration includes geophysical surveying, local ground surveys, sampling over large areas of land and drilling. With planning and an understanding of the terrain and local wildlife activities, the impact of exploration can be negligible. Diamonds North Resources works with local wildlife monitors to ensure activities minimize disturbance to wildlife. In addition, diligent planning goes into our camps to make sure they are small and well designed so we leave a very small footprint on the land.
