Diamonds North Completes Flow-Through Financing

| | VANCOUVER, November 30, 2007 -- Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: DDN) reports the closing of the non-brokered flow-through private placement announced on November 23, 2007 which was over subscribed. A total of 1,285,000 flow-through shares at a purchase price of $1.00 per share have been issued.
All the securities issued hereunder are subject to a four month hold period and may not be traded until April 1, 2008.
