Ualliq Project Update

Vancouver, December 5th 2007 - Diamonds North Resources (DDN: TSX.V) and International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SAZ), announce over 100 kimberlite targets have been identified on the Ualliq project in the Pelly Bay Diamond District of Nunavut.

The Ualliq property is adjacent to Diamonds North's Amaruk property where 22 kimberlites have been discovered to date including the highly diamondiferous Qavvik kimberlite. A 397 kilogram sample from Qavvik, which is 20 kilometres from Ualliq, yielded 515 diamonds (see News Release NR07-07, March 29th, 2007).

Abundant kimberlite indicator minerals recovered from glacial till on the Ualliq property define several prospective areas for kimberlite. The main kimberlite indicator anomaly extends for 60-kilometres and is considered prospective for multiple diamondiferous kimberlite intrusions.

The partners completed over 20,000 line kilometres of high resolution magnetic airborne surveying over the properties in late August 2007. The survey focused over the main kimberlite indicator mineral anomaly. Due to the late completion date of the survey, only 30-40% of the geophysical data has been reviewed. The majority of the airborne survey was flown at 100 metre line spacing while 50 metre line spacing was conducted in two areas of interest. Final interpretation and drill target selection of the entire dataset will be completed over the next few months in preparation for the 2008 season.

From an initial review of the data several targets were selected for testing, however, time only permitted drill testing of seven targets with an RC drill prior to the end of the field season in September. No kimberlite was intersected. Numerous targets remain to be tested. The Companies are planning for an extensive drill program to test 20 to 30 targets.

This program was part of an approved $1,000,000 exploration program for 2007. The Ualliq project is located in the Pelly Bay District of Nunavut and Diamonds North is the project operator. International Samuel Exploration Corp. has an option to earn up to 30% interest in the property (See News Release 06-26, August 2006).

G. Gill (P. Geo) and B. Kienlen (P. Geol) are Diamonds North's Qualified Persons, as defined under NI 43-101, responsible for project design and data review on this project.
